There was one piece, The Golden Hole for Speech (The Perfect Whisper), a large disk of glass (about two meters in diameter) about half a cm thick, supported on an iron stand in front of large windows placed so that you could walk around it. In the center of the glass was a round hole about three cm in diameter, with the inner edge of glass trimmed with a gold paint. The hole was at about an ear or mouth level such that two people could stand on either side of it… and whisper to each other.
What struck me most about this piece was more visual: standing back a bit from the glass, the hole, or rather the view through it, seemed like a flat (opaque) plane, whereas the glass surrounding the hole seemed like what it was, a transparent plane.
